Welcome to Reviews Kokobeo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Reviews Kokobeo platform, services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Service") operated jointly by Goldman Services INC (Canada) and Europe Services SE (Czech Republic).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or have legal authority to bind a business entity.
Reviews Kokobeo is a SaaS platform that helps businesses monitor and manage online reviews across multiple platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Booking, Facebook, Yelp). The Service combines artificial intelligence detection with legal procedures compliant with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065) and Italian Law 34/2026 to identify and report potentially fake, defamatory, or non-compliant reviews to the respective platforms.
To access most features, you must register and create an account providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Reviews Kokobeo offers five subscription tiers (Free, Starter €49/mo, Pro €299/mo, Business €599/mo, Enterprise €1,299/mo). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Mollie. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. For EU customers, VAT is added or reverse-charged based on VIES validation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard.
New paying customers may request a full refund within 30 days of initial subscription if no fake reviews have been successfully removed during that period. Refund requests must be submitted to legal@kokobeo.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent removal requests; (c) attempt to remove legitimate negative reviews that are not fake, defamatory, or in violation of platform policies; (d) interfere with the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code; (f) use the Service to harass, defame, or harm individuals or businesses. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
All content, software, design, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property of Reviews Kokobeo are owned by Goldman Services INC and Europe Services SE and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Kokobeo® is a registered trademark (UK Reg. UK00004201811, EU Reg. 019185279). You retain ownership of data you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the Service.
The Service interacts with third-party review platforms. We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee removal of any specific review. Our 78% average success rate is an aggregate metric and not a guarantee of individual outcomes. Platform terms of service apply independently to your use of those platforms.
For Pro plans and above, our legal team (operating under Indian and EU bar associations) provides escalation services for non-compliant reviews. Legal services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific legal outcomes. Legal escalation requires evidence and may involve communication with platforms or, in extreme cases, judicial authorities.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviews Kokobeo, Goldman Services INC, and Europe Services SE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reviews Kokobeo, its parent companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate by closing your account from the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email and dashboard at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic (where Europe Services SE is registered), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
