We stand behind our Service with a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paying customers.
New paying customers may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of their initial subscription if no fake reviews have been successfully removed during that period. The guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. It does not apply to reactivations or plan upgrades from existing paid customers.
Send an email to legal@kokobeo.com with subject Refund request within 30 days of subscription start. Include: account email, subscription start date, reason for refund. We will review within 5 business days and confirm.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via Mollie to the original payment method (credit card, SEPA, etc.). You may not receive funds for an additional 3-7 days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds are NOT available for: (a) requests made after 30 days; (b) Enterprise custom contracts (subject to separate agreement); (c) one-time legal services or à la carte fees; (d) accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service; (e) reviews that were successfully removed during the trial period.
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments unless the 30-day guarantee applies.
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. This right is in addition to our 30-day guarantee. To exercise: email legal@kokobeo.com within 14 days of subscription.
